CIRC to be listed with 80m shares

China Isotope and Radiation Corporation (CIRC) will be listed on the Hong Kong Exchange Stock on July 6.

CIRC plans to issue 79,968,700 shares. 90 percent shares are for institutional investors and 10 percent for individual investors, as well as a 15 percent overallotment option.

Its trading price per unit is from HK$17.8 ($2.27) to HK$24.2 and board lot size is 200 units.

CIRC is the holding subsidiary of China National Unclear Corporation (CNNC). 

As a leading enterprise in research and application of radioisotope and radiation technology in China, CIRC mainly engages in the research, manufacturing and distribution of radiopharmaceuticals and radioactive sources for medical and industrial use.

From 2015 to 2017, the company’s net profit was HK$410 million, HK$434 million and HK$475 million respectively.
