Approved by the State Council, China Nuclear Engineering & Construction Corporation (CNEC) was merged into China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC) on Jan 31. 

CNEC has been reorganized and transferred to CNNC with no strings attached, and it’s no longer supervised and managed by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission.
