China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC) convened a wrap-up meeting reviewing the geological and mineral reconstructing and reforming task on Sept 5.

The corporation has thoroughly accomplished the task they set out on personnel diversion and resettlement and conducted reconstructing work towards seven hard-rock uranium mining subsidiaries, triumphing for the three-year goal that was achieved in mere two years.

The move marked that the corporation has fully achieved the task of “handling with the stalemate and settling down the plight” formulated by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission.

It also laid a solid foundation in developing and expanding CNNC’s natural uranium industry, basically enabling the production center to shift from southern hard-rock to northern sandstone.
