China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC) convoked its first meeting related to poverty alleviation in Beijing on Nov 30.

The meeting demonstrated the implementation of CNNC following the strategy of shaking-off poverty and embracing a well-off society campaigned by the state authority.

It summarized the projects of CNNC supporting the poor in China and abroad since the 18th CPC National Congress. The meeting marked the action taken by CNNC to follow and practice the principles mentioned during the 19th CPC National Congress.

The corporation clarified that their task of combating poverty will uphold the problem-oriented method and carry out research and implementation.
