Up to 24:00 of August 12, 2021, the safe power generation of Units 1-6 at Tianwan Nuclear Power Station (TNPS) reaches 287.79 billion kWh. At present, Units 1-6 of TNPS keep full power operation and provide safe, reliable and efficient green energy guarantee for the peak summer.
The photo shows the real-time parameter of Unit 2 at TNPS, which was taken at Main Control Room of Unit 2 on August 13.
Accumulated power generation of Unit 1 is 113.429 billion kWh
Accumulated power generation of Unit 2 is 113.793 billion kWh
Accumulated power generation of Unit 3 is 27.824 billion kWh
Accumulated power generation of Unit 4 is 22.412 billion kwh
Accumulated power generation of Unit 5 is 8.47 billion kWh
Accumulated power generation of Unit 6 is 1.862 billion kWh
According to the CNNP ASP Units Ranking, from January to July in 2021, Units 1-4 of Tianwan Nuclear Power Station has a comprehensive score of 101.4, ranking first in parallel.
In July 2021, in the 4 Units meeting the calculation conditions of WANO comprehensive index, WANO comprehensive indices of Units 1,2&3 are kept at a full mark 100, creating excellent operation performance again. Meanwhile, Unit 2 has been keeping a full mark for four consecutive years since 2017.
Nuclear safety is the lifeline of nuclear power development. JNPC always adheres to the policy “Safety First, Quality First” to take serious measures on safe production and quality management and to give the highest priority to nuclear safety. At the same time of strengthening the sense of responsibility and duty, a series of measures are carried out, such as nuclear safety culture construction, reducing unplanned shutdown, equipment reliability management, long-cycle refueling, outage optimizing, long-period plan management, equipment reliability improvement management, etc. to constantly promote the operation performance of Units. Since 2020, the operating Units 1-6 of TNPS have been maintaining zero unplanned shutdown.
