CNNC holds its first global brand launch event

On October 15, the China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC) held its inaugural global brand launch event in Chengdu, Sichuan province. Themed "Infinite Nuclear Power, Shared Future", this milestone event underscores CNNC's commitment to becoming a trusted leader in nuclear science and technology, showcasing how brand development drives high-level openness and contributes strong technological momentum to the sustainable development of global nuclear energy.

At the event, CNNC unveiled its brand strategy and introduced seven core sub-brands — Hualong One, Linglong One, China Nuclear Engineering & Construction, National No.1 Uranium, Heqi No.1, Hefu No.1, and HL-3. The Group also announced 13 outstanding achievements from its second phase of brand leadership initiatives, launched the "1+1+N"report matrix, and premiered the corporate video "Infinite Nuclear Power, Shared Future."

The new brand strategy defines CNNC's core value system and establishes a diversified "one main brand, multiple sub-brands" structure. It also introduces, for the first time, CNNC's brand strategy model and the "Six First-Class" implementation roadmap.

The seven sub-brands demonstrate CNNC's full industrial chain capabilities — from resource development and nuclear power construction to energy generation, steam and heat supply, and advanced energy innovation. Together, they reflect CNNC's firm commitment to building a green, safe, and sustainable future. The event also featured an exhibition of brand excellence, showcasing 8 corporate brands, 14 product and technology brands, and five service brands, highlighting CNNC's strength and leadership in advancing high-quality nuclear industry development.

The "1+1+N" report matrix featured CNNC's 2024 Corporate Social Responsibility Report, Rural Revitalization Report, and ESG reports from multiple subsidiaries. A short video presentation highlighted CNNC's achievements in social responsibility over the past year.

The reports include two responsibility topics and four case studies, presenting CNNC's comprehensive efforts to build a responsible brand image. Special sections — "Nuclear Energy Pioneers" and "Shining CNNC" — spotlight the Group's outstanding practices from across the Group, demonstrating CNNC's unwavering dedication and strong capacity in fulfilling its social responsibilities.
