Visitors to the CNNC booth were greeted by impressive models of key national projects—Hualong One, the integrated fast reactor, and the HL-3,—illustrating China's progress in nuclear technology from "a follower" to "a co-runner" and finally "a leader". Additionally, models of high-temperature gas-cooled reactors were on display, highlighting the company’s significant achievements in reactor diversification.

CNNC is extending the "power of nuclear" to every aspect of daily life. From nuclear heating and "Heqi No.1" industrial steam supply to "Hefu No. 1" isotope production and nuclear energy coupled with offshore photovoltaics, these initiatives demonstrate the critical role of nuclear energy in achieving the "dual carbon" goals. Notably, the success of cultivating pearls produced from Pinctada maxima using warm discharge water from Hainan Nuclear Power illustrates the harmonious coexistence of nuclear energy and marine ecology.

In the nuclear technology application, the "3+N" industrial system has garnered significant attention. In nuclear medicine, CNNC stands as the first in China with a full nuclear medicine industry chain. In security inspection, the company has led the global market in large container/vehicle inspection systems for 14 consecutive years. In irradiation applications, CNNC is a leading provider with a comprehensive industry chain in design, product supply, and technical services.

At the expo, CNNC also highlighted the Jinan and Qingdao nuclear medicine bases, the BNCT project at Shandong Cancer Hospital, and the Yantai Guanghua Hospital project in Shandong, showcasing the impact of nuclear technology on the province's medical and industrial development.

The "Digital CNNC" section of the booth was a hub of technology and interaction, with the "Nuclear Safety Inspection Robot Dog" as a standout attraction. This CNNC-developed intelligent device integrates high-sensitivity radiation detection and remote communication technologies, efficiently performing radiation inspection tasks.
