Recently, the China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC) announced the official completion of the upgrading of the HI-13 tandem accelerator, and the project has received national acceptance. The project reaches the international advanced level of the same type of tandem accelerator, and fills the gap in advanced accelerators in China like medium-energy intense-beam proton cyclotron and high resolution on line isotope separator.
