China Nuclear Mining Science and Technology Corporation (hereinafter referred to as CNMSTC) was established in July 2019 in Tongzhou district, Beijing. It consists of twelve functional departments, a base management department in Shijiazhuang city, North China's Hebei province, and 25 scientific research, production and supporting service units. 

CNMSTC has more than 60 qualifications for consulting, design, and supervision in the field of nuclear industry; chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries; environmental engineering; construction engineering; municipal engineering; non-standard devices; and safety evaluation (a total of 44 first grade qualifications). CNMSTC has built a complete quality management system, a safety and environmental protection management system, an occupational health management system, and a nuclear engineering quality assurance system, and holds international and domestic quality management system certifications, such as the ISO9001, ISO14001, and GB/T28001.

CNMSTC has more than 10 key laboratories and research centers related to uranium mining and metallurgy, such as the Key Laboratory for Nuclear Industry Uranium Extraction Metallurgy, the Key Laboratory for Radioactive and Rare Scattered Minerals of the Ministry of Natural Resources, PRC, the CNNC Uranium Mining and Metallurgy Engineering Technology Research Center, the CNNC Chemical Metrology Testing Center, the CNNC Northern China Environmental Monitoring Center, the Uranium Mining and Metallurgy Personal Dose Monitoring Center, the Uranium Mining and Metallurgy Ventilation Protection Center, the Uranium Mining and Metallurgy Environment Monitoring and Analysis Center, and the Nuclear Security Technology Joint Research and Development Laboratory.
