The important Nuclear Power Institute of China, or NPIC, an institute at China National Nuclear Corporation -- also known as CNNC -- resumed work on Feb 10, according to CNNC reports.
Officials said that on the first day, more than 2,200 NPIC staff members returned to work.
They said that before the official resumption of operations, a flexible work schedule was arranged for employees.
All departments made arrangements for comprehensive novel coronavirus epidemic prevention and control, as well as annual key tasks -- laying a solid foundation for fulfillment of annual research and production goals.
To date, no infection has been found at NPIC.
