On Nov 5, the first day of the Fourth China International Import Expo (CIIE), the China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC) held a concentrated trade sub-mission signing ceremony.

Companies under the CNNC such as the China Nuclear Energy Industry, the China National Uranium, the China Nuclear Power Engineering and Jiangsu Nuclear Power signed cooperation agreements with companies from Russia, France, the United States and Kazakhstan in the fields of nuclear power operation and maintenance technical services, as well as nuclear fuel assembly parts procurement. The total value of the agreements was 1.8 times higher than those signed at the third CIIE. The cooperation agreements create good conditions for jointly responding to the post-pandemic era and expanding future cooperation.

Shen Yanfeng, vice president of the CNNC, witnessed the signing ceremony and talked with CNNC partners from Russia, the United States, and France. Liu Jing, vice president of the CNNC, attended the High Level Session on the 20th Anniversary of China's Accession to the WTO: Mutual Benefit, Shared Future.

As a main force in China's nuclear energy development, the CNNC has always been open and cooperative in sharing benefits from nuclear energy development with its international partners. It has established long-term and stable economic and trade cooperation with more than 60 countries.

As for China, we will not change our resolve to open wider at a high standard; we will not change our determination to share development opportunities with the rest of the world; and we will not change our commitment to an economic globalization that is more open, inclusive, balanced and beneficial for all. The CNNC is conducting active exchanges with nuclear corporations and industry associations around the world in an open way.
